As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless driver near a gas station on South St Francis Drive in Santa Fe. A man and woman reportedly poured alcohol into a personal cup inside a store, then went outside and left in an older black Toyota Tacoma while drinking, with two people inside.
