As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a man riding an electric unicycle in a traffic lane on Bennett Valley Road near Mitchell Drive. The person was described as an adult male wearing a white and black long-sleeve shirt and a helmet and traveling westbound in the roadway. Deputies were advised that he may live in the nearby area.
