Six-vehicle crash with injuries on I-15 in Santaquin

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle collision on the northbound side of Interstate 15 near Santaquin. Reports indicated six vehicles involved and three people injured. Fire and medical units were on scene providing assistance.
