Intoxicated man reported near Rosman Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical personnel were dispatched to an area near Rosman Highway in Sapphire, North Carolina, for a report of a suspicious and highly intoxicated person. Law enforcement was already at the location when EMS units arrived.
