Crash with oil spill and infants in car

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a traffic crash near Commerce Street and Redwood Road, where a large oil spill was reported in the intersection and vehicles were moved into a nearby parking lot. Airbags deployed in at least one vehicle, and medical help was requested for infants who were in the car.
