Elderly woman changing tire on I-55 shoulder

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a third-party report of an elderly woman on the northbound shoulder of I-55 between Sardis and Como, apparently changing a tire on a white vehicle as a storm approached. A unit was sent to check on her, and she may already have assistance on the way.
