Recycling bin fire at Venetian Way residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported trash and recycling bin fire near Venetian Way in Satellite Beach. Police on scene said a bystander had reduced the flames before firefighters arrived. The small container fire appeared to be away from any structure and was reported to be out after crews investigated.
