Woman suffering overdose at Cahokia residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible overdose involving a 36-year-old woman who was awake and breathing near Andrews Drive in Cahokia. Police were already on scene and additional units were requested to respond with lights and sirens due to delays from traffic.
