Outside fire from electrical wire near homes

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to the area of Ham Lake Boulevard and Linden Cove Lane for a reported outside fire involving an electrical wire on a tree near nearby homes. Responding units later reported no smoke or flames visible and continued to investigate the scene.
