Man injured after falling from chainsaw in garage

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call was reported near US Highway 52 for a 57-year-old man who appears to have fallen while using a chainsaw and is bleeding from his mouth and nose. He is conscious and alert in a garage. Police are en route.
