Search for man who ran from train near Wacker Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Wacker Road and Scenic Bluff after a train conductor reported a man acting strangely, possibly under the influence. When confronted near a bridge, the man ran south along the railroad tracks, and units searched the surrounding area, including a nearby barn.
