Truck pulls down previously secured power line

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units are dispatched to reports of a downed power line near Bull Street, with EMS and police also on scene with a nonverbal patient. Additional crews respond to an unconscious patient near Edison Avenue and to an apparent injury crash near Acree Place and East 61st Street. Command is established and firefighters investigate a line that was reportedly re-downed by a passing truck.
