Male reported on ledge at West Broughton and Whitaker

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and fire units were sent to the area of West Broughton Street and Whitaker Street in downtown Savannah for a report of a male sitting on an upper-floor ledge with legs hanging over. After crews arrived and checked the roof, no one was found and the incident was canceled.
