Welfare check on disoriented older man with walker

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a third-party welfare call about an older man using a walker and walking in the roadway near Smokey Road after a reported altercation. He appeared confused about his direction and distance from home. A passerby later recognized him, picked him up, and agreed to return him to his residence.
