As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a man yelling at store coworkers and leaving trash around his vehicle in a shared parking lot near local businesses on Water Street in Savannah. Units were sent to check the disturbance in the area of Tractor Supply and a nearby grocery store lot.
