Hit-and-run crash with debris on Lower Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a motor vehicle collision on the (number withheld) block of Lower Main Street in the Lark area, apparently involving two vehicles, with one vehicle leaving the scene and people seen running in the area. Debris is reported in the roadway, and responders indicate no injuries have been found so far.
