Possible fire noise heard on 911 hang-up call

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 hang-up call from the Sunny Square area in the Village of Victory near the intersection of Cemetery Road. Call takers reported no voice contact and a possible sound of flames in the background.
