Woman experiencing diabetic ketoacidosis at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and EMS were sent to assist a woman at a home near Egypt Ave after a neighbor reported a female with a possible diabetic medical issue who was distressed following a recent death. Responders approached quietly due to concerns she could be agitated, confirmed there were two large dogs and no reported weapons, and eventually made contact with the person at the residence.
