Vehicle reported off road near East Center Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received multiple calls about a vehicle that apparently left the roadway near the Route 14 on-ramp by the East Center Street overpass. Location information from callers and a phone ping suggested the vehicle was near a cul-de-sac off Tamarack Road, south of East Center Street. Units were attempting to locate the vehicle and speak with an associated person.
