Limb on power line near abandoned house in Scott City

As discussed during the dispatch call, scott City fire personnel were dispatched to the area of Ash Street and East Fourth Street for a reported power line hazard involving a tree limb on the line near an apparently abandoned house. A unit responded with a delayed arrival.
