mid-central. This is air link one. Hi yes, we're currently 13 minutes out for a cold off load requesting a full trauma team activation for a 68-year-old gentleman involved in a head-on collision. He was the unrestrained driver. a positive block of consciousness question. CPR was started on scene. AED indicated no shock. He did have Ross by the time EMS arrived. It was intubated on scene. Got to the hospital, became hypotensive, 50s, over 30s. You guys who started him on a little levo, gave him a couple units of packs cells and a couple units of FFT. Currently, vital signs are 94 over 60. I'm on 0.05 mics per kilo per minute of Leva Fed. I do not see any obvious areas of bleeding or any indication for it. He had a negative baths there from what the provider indicated there. This appears to be more of a head neural situation. So blood pressure is 94 over 60 heart rates 80. kind of a sinus arrhythmia at this time. They were questioning a cardiac event before this accident. Entitled CO2 is 48. He's setting low 90s on A to PEP and 50% FIO2. Like I said, we'll be there 13 minutes cold offload. If we could get an extra set of hands to, this is a large gentleman. The air copies cold offload.
