Elderly man in respiratory distress at Monument

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency air and ground medical crews were dispatched to a Monument facility in Scottsbluff for an eighty-one-year-old man in apparent respiratory distress, with responders directed to enter through the back door near room (number withheld).
