Man assaults fiancee and harms himself at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible domestic dispute at a residence on North 54th Street in north Scottsdale. A male reportedly refused to return a woman’s phone and keys, punched and held her face, left the area, and was later reported to be actively cutting himself. Multiple units were directed to the scene and to check for the involved vehicle.
