Neighbor with gun taunts workers at job site

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were requested near Old Drivers Hill Rd for a report of a neighbor on a lawnmower with a gun in his lap, taunting several workers at a job site; the caller advised it has not been brandished at the workers. Another county requested assistance and has one deputy en route.
