As discussed during the dispatch call, a 911 caller reported a truck swerved toward a pedestrian near the old school on State Street in Scranton. The pedestrian pushed off the vehicle to avoid being hit, damaging the truck’s mirror. The parties were separated afterward.

and to be honest it didn't happen on Madison St it was on state st by the old school and there was no dispute at all the truck driver was driving east and I was walking wast and the driver speed up and swerved at the walker and he had to jump out of the way by pushing himself off the truck and in the process the truck mirror was damaged by the person walking truck driver does not get in trouble for swerving at the person then everybody makes it out like truck was parked and that there was a dispute and once again cop's fine a way to let him off again "cop calling rat"
