Possible suicidal person at house smelling of gasoline

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a location on 9th Avenue for a report of a possibly suicidal person and a house that reportedly smelled of gasoline. Responders staged nearby until police arrived and then were advised they could stand down.
