Traffic stop for speeding near Quality Inn

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near the Quality Inn in Seaside involving a black sedan, possibly a Hyundai Sonata, reportedly traveling about 40 miles per hour over the speed limit and initially having no visible license plate. A plate number was later provided to dispatch and citation-related action was taken.
