Disturbance with arguing individuals in Sebeka

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a possible disturbance in Sebeka involving arguing individuals who were later separated. (number withheld) person reportedly claimed an officer was targeting him. Another apparent disturbance was reported at a different nearby location, with everyone there also separated.
