Welfare check for resident acting unusual in Senoia

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near Johnson Street after a visitor from the VA reported a resident acting unusually. A neighbor confirmed the resident appeared out of it and asked for an officer to check on them. The VA has already left the scene.
