Armed man possibly hiding near Churchill Road home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an armed man near a home on Churchill Road in Seth, West Virginia. A caller reported he may have left in a blue Mazda hatchback but could still be hiding around the house. The man was previously seen trying to start a motorcycle and was described as wearing a white T-shirt.
