Man reported making threats at apartments near Coltrane Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to apartments near Coltrane Avenue after a woman reported a male in a neighboring unit was making terroristic threats. The caller was associated with unit 9 and said the suspect was in unit 8; she had four children inside and was advised to secure her apartment while officers contacted the suspect. Caller also said neighbors may have weapons, but she did not know whether the suspect was armed.
