As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued a BOLO for a possible reckless driver in a black Chevy Silverado near the 2900 block of Ritter Drive by a local high school in Shady Spring. The driver reportedly cut off another vehicle, made an obscene hand gesture, and then pulled into the high school area.
