Overdose case at Central Valley Highway in Shafter

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a medical aid call for an overdose near Central Valley Highway in Shafter. The patient signed against medical advice with Hall Ambulance and was not transported. Units remained on scene until CHP arrived.
