Cable line down on William Street and Oak Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to reports of unknown utility wires down in the roadway near the intersection of William Street and Oak Street, in front of a nearby building on Oak Street. The line, possibly a cable wire, was removed and units returned to service.
