Semi truck dragging object causes sparks near county road (number withheld)

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a white semi truck traveling westbound near County Road (number withheld) in the Shallowater area, apparently dragging something and causing sparks. Other vehicles tried to get the driver to stop, and the truck reportedly pulled over near the county line where the driver appears to have fixed the problem.
