Reported arm trapped between car seat and center console

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller from out of state reported his son in town may be stuck inside a vehicle with his arm trapped between the seat and center console and unable to free it. The caller said he tried calling with no answer, and responders were notified. Location was given as near Essex Road.
