Stolen vehicle and equipment reported at Open Wood Court

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a home near Open Wood Court in the Orinda Woods subdivision for a reported stolen vehicle and a stolen tamper, with a broken trailer lock and someone on scene to meet them.
