Welfare check request with reported threat of group assault near MLK Circle

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched for a welfare check near MLK Circle in Sharpsburg after a parent requested a check on a juvenile with a grandparent (custody paperwork unclear). The caller also reported a group of people on scene trying to assault him; Sharpsburg PD was notified.
