Abandoned pickup truck causing hazard near highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Tollhouse Road and Highway 299 for a possible disabled red pickup truck with a camper shell that was reportedly pushed off the road and creating a traffic hazard as drivers enter the highway. The person associated with the vehicle was said to be lingering in the area.
