Driver in red vehicle suspected of drug use

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement was directed to meet a reporting party near Shaver Lake Marina about a red vehicle on an access road, where the driver reportedly appeared to be under the influence of drugs. The exact access road location was to be shown to responding units.
