Crash injures driver’s knee at South 14th and Pennsylvania

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were sent to South 14th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Sheboygan for a vehicle accident involving a male with an apparent knee injury. Responders were requested to come in a non-emergency manner while officers were already on scene.
