Pedestrians with bicycle warned to stay off roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers contacted two people near Alameda Avenue and Hillview, including a man walking a bicycle in the roadway. The individuals were advised to keep themselves and their bicycles out of the road if they were not riding.
