Older woman found lying near Drug Mart with bags

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was dispatched to near the entrance of Drug Mart on Detroit Road for an older woman with pink hair lying partially on grass and pavement, with many bags. Officers were on scene just north of Detroit Road, across from Congress.
