Woman assaults mother and damages car on North Main

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disturbance near North Main Street in Sheffield. A caller reported that her adult daughter may be under the influence of drugs and alcohol, had physically assaulted her, and was inside a white Ford Explorer damaging the vehicle in front of a community foundation building across from a local business.
