Female running in street threatening self-harm

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a woman running in the roadway near Broad Street and Walnut Street who is reportedly threatening to harm herself. She may be the same person officers recently contacted and was last seen near Putnam Street, possibly hiding in nearby bushes.
