Elderly man with pacemaker has very low blood pressure

As discussed during the dispatch call, ambulance and first responders were sent to a location near North Shelby Street in Shelbyville for a reported medical emergency involving an 84-year-old man with a pacemaker who was sweaty and had very low blood pressure but was conscious and breathing.
