People reported looking into cars at Center Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a restaurant on Center Street for a report of several people wandering around the area and looking into cars. Police located a black Honda CRV nearby, contacted the occupant, checked for weapons, and conducted a consent search of the vehicle. A second vehicle was reportedly a white Dodge Ram, and officers later received video from a witness. No weapons were reported found.
