this whole story is false , the lady who was supposedly Harrassed,she was simply asked to give back the money that she had STOLEN From the other lady, and it was 30$ that SHE STOLE Not 75 and her bike was Not thrown in the pond, she plain and simply ○STOLE HER MONEY , AND WHEN CONFRONTED SHE LIED TO POLICE OFFICERS the money she STOLE was part of the other lady's rent money, and because she has STOLEN IT the other lady is now behind on her rent
