Person tried to break into car on Pine Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a possible attempted car break in near Pine Street in Shiocton. The reporting party said someone tried to enter their vehicle, was confronted, and then ran south on Nicolay while wearing black clothing and a black mask.
