As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible behavioral and medical emergency involving a juvenile with autism is reported near Partridge Trail. The juvenile appears to be having a meltdown and is becoming violent after a recent medication change. Police are present and attempting to restrain him as he tries to leave the residence.
